‘The Inclusive Leadership’ book: Ten Years On...

Ten years ago the 'Inclusive Leadership’ book was published.
There were not the books available on this topic then as there are now.
This was the first practical, no nonsense guide to developing and delivering meaningful diversity and inclusion strategies locally and globally, written by two professionals who had done this work in companies for years... and was written for those who wanted to create inclusive change in their own organisations.
A decade on the world of work has changed in many ways. But many of the core questions, and challenges, remain remarkably familiar.
Over the coming months we will revisit the key themes from the book, focusing on areas such as inclusive leadership and accountability, the employee lifecycle, hybrid working, 'glocal' inclusion and diverse supply chains and many more. Throughout, we will ask a simple question:
What has changed, what has stayed the same and what still needs to shift?
Interested in how inclusive leadership has evolved and where it needs to go next?
Then sign up to our newsletter and stay informed over the coming months.
